2. Key Delivery and Access

A purchase is considered successfully delivered when a key is:

• Provided to you (shown, emailed, or otherwise delivered), and/or
• Activated, verified, or used to access the service.

3. Chargebacks, Refund Reversals, and Permanent Blacklisting

If you successfully receive a key (including delivery, activation, or use) and then initiate a refund, chargeback, payment dispute, reversal, or unauthorized refund attempt, we may, at our sole discretion:

• Revoke or disable the key and any related access immediately
• Terminate your access to the service
• Permanently blacklist you from future purchases, key issuance, and support

This policy exists to prevent refund abuse and the retention of digital access after payment is reversed.

4. Exceptions Required by Law

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any rights you may have that cannot be waived under applicable law, including rights related to unauthorized transactions or valid billing errors.
