1. Agreement to Terms

By purchasing, accessing, or using any key, script, loader, software, or related services provided by Rak Hub (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not purchase or use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction to purchase or use the Service. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may only use the Service with permission from a parent or legal guardian.

3. What We Provide

We provide digital keys. Access may be offered through different plans or durations (for example, temporary access, or lifetime access where offered).

We may modify, improve, suspend, or discontinue features of the Service at any time.

4. License and Permitted Use

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and successful payment, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your personal use only, unless we explicitly state otherwise in writing.

You may not:

  • Share, resell, transfer, sublicense, or distribute your key
  • Attempt to bypass, disable, or interfere with licensing, authentication, or security features
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code, except where prohibited by law
  • Use the Service in a way that violates applicable law or third-party rights
  • Use stolen payment methods, false identities, or fraudulent information

5. Keys, Device Binding, and HWID

To prevent abuse, fraud, and unauthorized sharing, we may associate a key with a device identifier (HWID) when a key is activated or used.

You agree that:

  • A key may be restricted, locked, reset, or invalidated if abuse, sharing, fraud, or suspicious activity is detected
  • HWID-based restrictions may affect whether a key works on multiple devices
  • We may require verification before resetting or changing a key association

6. Payments and No Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, chargebacks by request, or partial refunds for digital products/services, except where required by applicable law.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are purchasing a digital product/service
  • Access will be delivered electronically
  • You have reviewed the product description and duration (if applicable)
  • The no refund policy applies once purchase is completed, subject to any non-waivable legal rights in your jurisdiction

7. Chargebacks, Refund Abuse, and Blacklisting

All sales are final and subject to our No Refund Policy, except where required by applicable law.

If a customer successfully receives a key (including delivery, activation, or use of the key) and then initiates a chargeback, payment dispute, reversal, or unauthorized refund attempt without first contacting us to resolve the issue, we may, at our sole discretion:

  • Revoke or disable the key and any related access
  • Terminate current and future access to our services
  • Permanently blacklist the customer from future purchases, key issuance, and support

This includes cases involving refund abuse, chargeback abuse, key sharing, fraud, or attempts to retain access after a payment reversal.

We reserve the right to retain records reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, enforce these Terms, respond to chargebacks, and comply with legal obligations.

Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable rights a customer may have under applicable law, including rights related to unauthorized transactions or valid billing errors.

8. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate purchase information
  • Keeping your key and access credentials secure
  • Ensuring your device and environment are compatible with the Service
  • Following all applicable laws and platform rules when using the Service

9. Service Availability and Updates

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, continuous compatibility, or error-free operation. The Service may be impacted by third-party platforms, updates, outages, or changes outside our control.

We may release updates, patches, or configuration changes at any time.

10. Termination and Suspension

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in abuse or fraud, or created risk to us, other users, or third parties.

Upon termination, your license to use the Service ends immediately.

11. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not guarantee specific results from use of the Service.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rak Hub and its owners, operators, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, revenue, goodwill, or business opportunities arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim related to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific product/service giving rise to the claim in the 30 days before the claim arose.

13. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Rak Hub and its owners, operators, affiliates, and service providers from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your misuse of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted with a new Effective Date. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.

15. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of The United States, without regard to conflict of law rules.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved in the courts located in The United States, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
